SRIPREL is used to match duplicate IDs with the keeper ID.
Identify records to be matched
In the Match Status field, select Duplicate. Go.
In addition to the Duplicate match status, the Suspense and Not Processed match statuses should be reviewed and any records should be reviewed/matched as appropriate:
You will see something like this:
In the upper right, click Related in the purple bar to reveal a menu. Select GOAMTCH
Click “Associate Person with an ID”.
Click Go.
GOAMTCH opens. Click Duplicate Check.
Compare the prospect data to available matches
Review the Match and Potential Matches tabs in the bottom block.
Check the information for the student in the top block (data entry) against the information in both ‘match’ and ‘potential match’
Make sure that multiple pieces of information are the same (name, address, DOB, email, etc.)
If the data in the Data Entry block does not match the data in the Match block, click the X in the upper left to return to SRIPREL to move to the next record.
When this occurs, you’ll see the following notification. Click the bell to close the message.
