  1. Take a screenshot or make note of the current priority 20 curriculum, which in this example is the MD. Note the Program, Level, Field of Study, and Department.

  2. Scroll back to the current priority 10 curriculum. Click the Duplicate button.

  3. Tab over until you get to the Priority field. Overwrite the 10 with “20”. Tab. You will see the following message in the upper right corner. Click OK. The message will re-appear. Click OK.

  4. Save. You will be directed back to the Curriculum block. Because we moved the original priority 10 into the priority 20 spot, we now have to create a new priority 10.

  5. In the Curriculum block, click Insert.

  6. You will see the following message in the upper right corner. Click OK.

  7. Tab over to the Priority field, which now displays “30”. Overwrite the 30 with “10”. Tab.

  8. Enter the Program string for the new priority 1 curriculum (MD). Tab. The Level will auto-fill, but be sure to check it. Next block.

  9. Enter the Field of Study. Tab. Department auto-fills, but be sure to check it. Save.

  10. Repeat for all available future terms.
