Registration for non-degree and non-degree exchange students - suggest this subgroup send a survey to the full team

NDs S and V do not get time tickets. SoPA S do get time tickets. It’s possible.

Suggest subgroup survey the larger team to learn of their current process and preferences around these populations.

Develop best practices for identifying students who are graduating and need to register but can’t due to grad app received hold.Develop a trigger - this will take a lot of time. Could use a Slate report or BIA.

Suggest the use of reporting from Slate and/or Banner

Identify what can be submitted via the description box in a ticket versus when a form is required.

Rule of thumb: If there’s a form for it, attach the form.

• Must include authorization from all signatures represented on the form (we will accept emails).

• As long as AGRD opens ticket we will take that as signature.

Understanding pointers and pointer management as it relates to registration.Reporting might help with this.
