Prior to accessing student records, new users should complete FERPA training. The training is in two parts: the training content and the assessment. Both must be done to be considered complete. Access the training here: https://tulane.bridgeapp.com/learner/programs/927d5f27/enroll

Next, choose a time for Banner training: https://tuourboca.youcanbook.me/.
On the booking form, you will see a text box to give additional details about the nature of the appointment. BE SURE TO INDICATE THE BANNER SCREENS YOU WILL USE OR A LIST OF ACTIVITIES FOR WHICH YOU WILL USE BANNER.

After training, I’ll submit a Banner access request, which will be fulfilled by IT. Once I receive confirmation that the access is available, I’ll follow up with you to let you know and confirm all is well.Requesting Banner access and/or training
