Banner QuickFlows (QFs) allow you to access a set of screens in a specific sequence. QFs can be helpful when navigating a process such as Consortium registration to ensure that all steps are followed.

QuickFlows should be using in conjunction with available documentation.

Creating a QF

  1. Access QTVQUIK.

  2. Click Insert.

  3. Enter your preferred Code and Description. Save.

Defining a QF

  1. Access GUAQUIK.

  2. Enter the QF code you’re defining. Go.

  3. Add screens by entering them in the Current Forms block (click Insert for each record). You can also use the Find field if preferred or select from the Available Forms block and click Insert Selection.

  4. Save.

Executing a QF

  1. Navigate to GUAQFLW.

  2. Enter the QF code you want to execute. Click Start.

  2. Complete each form. When you close of the form you’ve just updated, you will automatically be taken to the next form in the flow. You can see how far along in the flow you are.

  2. When you have flowed through all screens, you will be taken back to QUAQFLW to execute the QF again or choose a different QF.
